Unauthorized billing
I am being billed 12.95 a month for a service I have not requested. Information on me was stolen when i requested a credit report from equifax which was supposed to be free.

Money stealing
I applied For a free credit report and they are continuing to take 15.00 out of my bank account!! I would like the money that was taken back and leave me alone.

unauthorized billing charges
mni charged my credit card and i called them at the number1-866-408-4016 talked to the manager and got a confermation number again for a cancellation for my account i threated them with my credit card company and they are crediting my credit card.

unauthorized charges removed from checking account
MNI has been withdrawing $12.95 from my checking for the past 7 months. I had requested a free credit report, got two and not the third. Then they started withdrawing the money every month. I have been unablet o connect with with them to get them to stop this and refund my money. I have had it and do not know what to do.

Rip off
Signed up for free credit report - knowing they
automatically sign you up for their credit monitoring service with monthly fee of $12.95/mo.
The catch is you have to cancel within 2 weeks or
so after you get your free credit report, I called the
next day to cancel and the man who took my call
said there was some glitch and I wasn't in their
system at all and would not be charged. Guess
what? I got charged. Called to complain and
they said they cancelled it - then I had to wait
20 minutes for a supervisor so I could get this
credited back on my credit card- we will see if this
happens! These kind of companies drive me nuts-
alot of people will just pay it because they don't want to deal with the hassle- it looks like they are
finding new ways to make this a long and drawn
out procedure to wear people down and hopefully
fleece them out of a few bucks.

Unauthorized charges
This company has withdrawn $7.95 a month from my bank account for the last year or so. I have never heard of this company and have NO idea how they would have acquired my information. I am demanding a full refund of ALL unauthorized deductions from my account by this company.

Fraud and scam
MNI Credit Reports is taking $11.95 off my debit card on the 12th of each month and I have never heard of them or signed up for a Free credit report online. I called my bank to cancel my card and WHILE WE WERE SPEAKING... MNI was deducting another $11.95 at that same time!!! Does anyone know what to do to stop them??

Unauthorized charges
There is two unauthorized charges for $11.95 on my card. One from June 02, 2008 and Today July 01, 2008. I called to cancel after the 30 days trail period. Now I called in to inquire, I am be told that there is no record of me canceling. Instead of dealing with my issue the Customer Service Rep. tried to sell credit protection. It was just like the $23.90 should not matter to me. Please be careful when you apply make sure you get a cancellation number and the name of the Rep. because you will have problems trying to cancel and getting any money back that charge to your account.

Monthly charges
I don't remember I did purchase a credit report from Free Credit Report.com, but definitely I never agreed to any monthly service from any company. This is fraud.

Unauthorized billing
I requested a free credit report from MNI Credit Report Services. I was charged a month later 11.95 for a monthly service fee and I never received the Free Credit Report. The only reason I found about the charge, was by way of checking my bank account, because of the balance of my account. When the balance of my account was not the same I check my account and found out the reason. How can I be charged for a free credit report that I have yet to receive in the mail. I called them to et them know not to charge my account again and I wanted it canceled immediate.
