Unauthorized charges
I did not authorize anyone from a credit report agency to charge my account this money. I was charged twice once for $12.95 and the other for $11.95 on 06/05/08.

Deceptive
I would never have checked my credit on their website if I knew that I would automatically be signed up for their monthly fees. I found this to be very deceptive and I obviously am not the only one. This company should be put out of business, they thrive on unsuspecting consumers.

Making unauthorized charges!
This company gained unauthorized access to my debit card and started making debit transactions that were UNAUTHORIZED on my account. I had never even heard of this company until their charges started to hit my checking account. This company processes fraudulent transactions. PLEASE USE CAUTION!!!

Unauthorized Charges
We had two months of unauthorized charges show up on our credit card. We were able to cancel the product but unable to get a refund. The rep we talked with on the phone stated that it was clearly stated on the website that by using their service, you were enrolling in their program. Well, it was, but it was small print and off to the side. What a bunch of BS, and hopefully we are done with these scammers.

I have had charges of 12.95 deducted from my credit card three times this month for something I did not order or want.

THEY ARE CHARGING ME AND I ONLY SIGNED UP FRO REPORT FROM ANOTHER COMPANY AND THEY WILL NOT CANCEL OR CREDIT MY ACCOUNT
THIS COMPANY IS TAKING MONEY OUT OF MY ACCOUNT AND I ONLY SIGNED UP WITH ONE COMPANY AND I CANCELED IT ALONG TIME AGO. THEY LIED AND SAID I VEIWD CREDIT REPORT FROM THEM ON 4/14 AND THEY REFUSE TO CLOSE ACCOUNT OR CREDIT MY 12.95 I CONTACTED MY BANK AND IM COPNTACTING THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU.

Took Money from my account without authorization
I don't even know why I was charged $24.95 the very same day I requested my "free" credit reports. No one should use this site!

Will not cancel
They will not let you cancel. I have been trying to cancel the "free trial" offer for 8 months. They stopped the service three months ago but continued to bill me. So far I have been told to call back because they are experiencing techinical diffuclties, given a different number to call, told I was confused as to who was billing me (went to bank and got billing info, I am not confused), then the latest is the bank gets them confused with another company. LOL!
This is a scam! I am going to have to go to the bank and dispute the charges. But so far they have made $100 billing me!

charging without authorization
As far as I know charging an account without proper authorization is illegal and punishable by law. Next thing is they are so big how do you get them to stop?????????
