Unauthorized Charges tomy Credit Card
MNI is charging my credit card $11.95 per month for supposed credit checks. I have not authorized them to make these credit checks and have certainly not authorized them to charge my account. I had my old card information stolen and reported it to the federal trade commission and to the big 3 for credit check verifications. Now I'm being charged each month for something I didn't authorize.

Monthly charge
This company is charging my Visa account $11.95 a month and I have not subscribed to their service. I want them to stop charging me for a product I do not receive. Beware people!

Unauthorized charges
I found a charge on my credit card that was made on a date I was out of town. I did not authorize any credit reporting service. I had used briefly the Free Credit Report monitoring some time ago when cleaning up incorrect credit report information and canceled it after a few months... and this was not easy to do. They continued to bill after cancellation but eventually did credit the unauthorized charges. This time MNI would do nothing because they said they had no reason to remove the charge because SOMEONE ordered it but they had no current information on me. Free Credit Report pretty much did the same thing. The charge is now in dispute with my credit card company and I had to close my card and open a new one to avoid future charges.

Charges on our Credit card
We have not authorize this company to charges our card, we have recently check our card statement and it shows this company name that shows: MNI*CREDITRPT SERVICES 866-365-8654 01 and charges me twice some more of $$12.95
(pending). My bank cant do anything yet until the pending is removed from my statement.
This is rediculous and need to stop.
We want this wrong doing to stop NOW!

I called MNI Credit Report Services and talked with a man named Leo. I asked him to stop billing me and charging me $11.95 on my credit card as it as been canceled. Leo told me that he couldn't and that I would have to go back to the website and cancel from there. I did so and found only this address.
I know that good business practice is to help the customer; not take advantage of them. I want a full refund returned to me.

Did not sign up for monthly service
We did not sign up for this monthly service of $11.95. We have contacted this company and have yet to get this amount taken off our credit card. Please know that this is a fraud. Company name-- MNI Credit Report Services.

did not subscribe
I have never subscribed to this company but am charged on my credit card monthly in the amount of $11.95. I can't find them and have trouble removing them.

credit score
responded to an ad through a local newspaper website for a FREE credit score, which I received. I now receive my credit card bill which has a charge for $12.98 from MNI credit services which I didn't authorize, nor was I aware that these charges were going to appear. I am going to contact the credit card co. and have a new card number issued, and I am not going to pay this gharge.

I have no address or phone number for MNI Credit Report Services. They offered free credit report but have been charging me $12.95 per month for this service. I want to cancel but cannot locate them.
