Charging monthly fee!
They adv. - free credit report - no charge! But, need a credit card #. Should have known better - but, gave it. Got the rating, and at the same time, stated: I do not want your service - never intended to sign up for service - DO NOT USE MY CARD - DO NOT SIGN ME UP FOR THIS SERVICE - NEVER DEDUCT A FEE FROM ME! Two weeks later, I was e-mailed stating that nothing had been reported on me. I immediately e-mailed them - stating: I do not want your service - I did not sign up for service - I only did the "free" one time check! My bank statement shows a debit on my account in the amo. of $11.95!

Fraud and stealing!
Used my credit card to obtain a ONE TIME credit report for my boss. I was NOT informed that there would be a recurring monthly charge of $19.90 for the "monitoring service" that I did not elect to subscribe to. When I called to close the account the customer service rep told me that I was not authorized to cancel the service because the report was generated for someone other than myself. The rep said that REGARDLESS OF THE FACT THAT I WAS THE ONE BEING CHARGED MONTHLY, only the person that the credit report was generated for had the authority to cancel the service (she stated that this was "by law"). I can't believe that I don't have the authority to cancel something that is being charged TO ME every month!!! What kind of "law" is this?!?! You mean to tell me that there is no law stating that I have the authority to cancel charges being made to my own account?!?!? Unless I obtain permission from a person who is not liable for the debt being created nor is listed on any of my accounts!!!

Fraudulently charged my card $9.95!
This company has illegally charged $9.95 to my USBank debit card. I have been scammed so many times I'm getting tired of it. These people should be gassed. I hope I don't come across you on a dark street cause I'll beat your f*!#@# #@!!

Can't cancel automatic charges
I too have been scammed by these predators, and no matter what i try, i cant get the charges stopped.
Please make complaints to: Federal Trade Commission www.ftc.gov (select Consumer Protection button and then select file a complaint).

Scammed by credit company
I went on this website to check my credit. The nest thing I know my credit card is being charged for credit services that I was not aware of.

Unconfirmed charges
Please I checked my credit card on 12/05/2007 and I saw that your company has deducted $11.95 . For me the day I used your credit report I used it basically on the statement of the advert that it was free and I saw there that I could buy some products to be maintaining the free report which i did not click to buy.How come now based on your advert and my trust in your company that I AM SECURED I used my credit number and through this my account started being charged without you even get confirmation from me through e-mail or phone .If the statement was very clear to me on that day I wouldn't have used your advert not because of any other thing, I am not financially o.k now with my family. I PLEAD that this charge should be return to my account because your advert did not bodly emphasis on this AS IT EMPHASIZED ON credit FREE REPORT and please with immediate effect now help me to cancelled it till when I shall able to bear the cost.

Unfair practice!
I have been charged twice in 1 month 11.95 for a service I have no recollection of approving. TWICE in a month. There is no such thing as a 'free credit report'.

Fraud and Deceit of service technic.
Just visited and joined as a member of MNI CREDIT REPORT SERVICES. Because the company advertised as a free credit reporting service to any member.
But the company was hiding behind the big mouse. seme days later the company charged $11.99 per montly. The company never explained about the "charge". The company was supposed to say about the hiding charges before the following step to make a member to the innocent customers.
These kinds of fraud and deceit of business should be terminated to protect any customer to use internet.

Unauthorized debit!
Unauthorized deduction from my checking account - they posted misleading information that there would be no charge if subscription was canceled within a certain time period. I canceled that same day, and now they have debited 11.95 from my account.

Unauthorized charges!
These unknown company has been charging me $ 9.95 a month for the last 6 months. I was supposed to be a free credit report and besides I never received a credit report I am paying. Beware all!
