They are charging my account $19.95 a month for services not requested. Cannot find a contact phone number or address to discontinue this charge.

Somehow this company got a hold of My card#
Did'nt have my name so they made another up.
Called my bank Changed my card # cancelled old one
HSBC is now investigated this company for fraud.
Hopefully they'll be SHUT DOWN VERY SOON!

My credit card has been charges $14.95 for both Nov& Dec without my approval, please remove the charge and credit the money back to my account.

I noticed on 11/19/2010 an unauthorized charge on my checking account in the amount of $14.95 dated 11/16/2010 overdrawing my account.

Approximately 4 months ago, I used MNI's creditreport.com service. Every month since then, I have received a $14.95 charge deducted from my account every month. This is completely unauthorized. I have been unable to reach any form of customer support. I've had to tell my bank that these charges are unauthorized. This is apparently a huge issue that I was completely unaware of prior to using the service. Had I known they would be stealing money from me I would have never even visited their website.
