I was charged on my credit card for signing up for a free credit report I didn't want or OK. They get you into their site making you think you are going to get a free credit report and credit score. When I got to the part where it was starting to look like a scam and they wanted money, I clicked right out of the site. They lead you on getting your charge card number and all your info up front telling you they need the information to get you your free report. That is how they get your charge card number to bill you. I called the company and told them I did not sign for this, but they say that I pressed the submit button. I told them I did not press submit and asked for the 12.95 charges to be taken off my card. I was told to call back in the day time. I called back the next day and was told they could not take the charges off. I asked who I was talking to and asked to talk to a supervisor and I was put on hold. Then the women came back on and told me there were none to talk to. I then asked her again what her name was so I could use it in my complaint. She then hung up on me.
