I DID NOT SIGN UP FOR THERE SERVICES YET THEY CONTINUE TO CHARGE MY CREDIT/DEBIT CARD EVERY MONTH, TALKED TO THEM FOR OVER THIRTY MIN. BEFORE I WAS ABRUPTLY HUNG UP ON.

Took unauthorized charges from our account, never used this account online, how did they get it? Charged us 14.95 a month, twice. Everytime we call they ask for SS Number. How do these people do it.

This is rediculous, if it says that it is free why the heck am I getting charged every month. This month it overdrafted my account. And conviently my password doesnt work anymore, so even if I could cancel the service I wouldnt be able to. Somebody has to know how to fix this.

I received a charge on my credit card for supposed credit monitoring of my credit reports, which I did not order or approve. I hope I can get my $11.95 refunded
from the sneaks - pretty sneaky getting involved in the very field for which many of us have the greatest security concerns! ONCE AGAIN, I DID NOT ORDER OR AUTHORIZE THE "SERVICE" OR THE CHARGE.
