I cancelled this report the day after I signed up...two months in a row my account as been charged $19.95 I want a refund and a cancellation of service.

I did not request or authorize this company to supply me with a credit report. They have charged my Visa Account. for two months at $14.95 per month and I want it removed immediately. I have notified my Visa account these are unauthorized charges and refuse to pay them. Get this company out of business. It is fraudently advertising.

i opened an email for a free credit report and somehow was redirected into athree cedit report deal after getting a credit score(number only). i signed out quickly and next thing i knew i was billed one dollar.i tried to conect to cacel, but was deadended each time. now there is a $14.95 charge and i have neither receivedor authorized(to my knowledge).i contacted my bank several times and they tell me to contactmni(which i have been unable to do thusfar), or pay the bank$39.00 to stop payment on the charge.i again e-mailed the bank and questioned why i had to go through all these hoops when it is my money and if i give direction of what to do with my money, they should follow my instructions.

They charged my checking account for their service which I did not authorize, want or need. This is a scam company.

I can't even log onto my account to cancel my membership. I just want to cancel membership and no longer be charged $14.95 a month.
