Have no idea why did this company charge me 14.95$/mon started from Nov.2010 for nothing. they just takes money from your credit card account until you found the trick and stop them to do so. they are just like a kind of robber.

A charge of $14.95 was charged to an old credit card of mine that I have not used in several months. The transaction date was Dec. 17, 2010. I called them at 866-8833309 and was told that a charge was indeed made, but not in my name. They would not give me the name of the person who charged it, but told me to call back on Monday to talk to someone else. I called my credit card company but they are closed for the Christmas holiday and I cannot reach them until Monday either. That credit card has not been out of my wallet for several months, so I can only surmise that someone was able to find the credit card information online from months or years ago and misuse it. I do intend to call both places again on Monday to get the charge removed from my credit card.

was under the impression that this was a 1 time charge for 1 credit report. did not know it was a monthly charge. would like to cancel but don't know how.

This is a scam. I did not sign up for anything that would have charged my checking account $14.95. I would like my money debited back or I am reporting this to my bank.
