Scam
I recently order a credit report from MNI* CreditReport.com for a one time draft fee of 12.95. And now have been charged twice. I was unable to contact them through their web site or for that matter have not been able contact them at all by phone. This company is only a scam and i would greatly appreciate it if they would return my money. Have they ever been investigated by the B.B.B.? If not it should be highly recomended therefore there would be one less company out there making harder on the working people.

Overcharged
I was charge for services that I thought I paid for already. Don't understand what they are charging after the report has already been reviewed.

charges
MNI*CreditReport.com has charged my credit card and I don't know who they are. I was not aware of them and have yet to backtrack my card payments to see how long this has been happening. I want to stop it. How do I do this?

MNI*CreditReport.com (complaint)
I get my free credit report from www.creditreport.com, it showed on the website that it was a free credit report and they didn't charge me any money. But in fact, they started to charge me from my credit card $12.95 every month for 7 month (total charge is $90.65). I even didn't know, didn't receive any bill, and didn't authorize to pay for it. I call their phone number 1-866-883-3309 to require refund, but they don't want to refund.

Fraudulent Billing Practice
This company will keep charging even after you cancel. It appears you cancel the product you signed up for and then they start charging for another product. There isn't any way to cancel the other product from the web-site. You must call.
These people are arrogant. They suggest you "read the fine print" before signing up for anything else on the Internet.

Charged for a "Free" service
I used the website for a "free" crdit report. I was charged $1 the day I got the report. Then about a week later I was charged $14.95. This website does not state anything about being charged for the services. Also I tried to log back in to the website and my handle and passwored is invalid, so I put in my information to recover my handle and password and my information is also invalid. I did not agree to being charged any fees. What do I do now?
