unauthorized charges to my credit card

I think this company got my credit card number when I asked for a free credit report from another company. I DID NOT sign up for ongoing credit report (and I don't receive them). However, my credit card is charged every month. I don't know the company's name or locatio or web address so I don't know how to get them to stop
