I DO NOT recall telling them ok after my FREE trail, I never used my account. TRIED TO cancel it. no luck.

MNI*CREDITRPT MNTR SVC made unauthorized charges to my account.

This shows up on my bank statement for the last couple of years, a charge of $12.99 each month. I believe this is for a credit report my son-in-law requested and it was suppose to be free! At one time there was a phone number to contact but when I called they said I couldn't cancel this charge. I need to stop this deduction and find this my be my only hope of getting something done about it.

I've entered this site yet it is taking money from me for about 3 months on a false charge.I would like this to stop as soon as possible.If anybody knows how i can make this stop please me an e-mail i would aprecciate the help

This company claims that when I pulled a FREE credit report that they automatically signed me up for a free month of credit montoring and at the end of the free month I was supposed to cancel or I would be charged $12.95 a month. I, like many others, do not recall ever giving them my credit card information or authorization to bill me for this service. In fact, I have never even received the so called report or montering service that I am being billed for! When I called the number on my cc statement they told me I cannot cancel over the phone and I must log onto my account to cancel. When I tried to log on they keep saying I do not have account with them!!! THIS IS A SCAM!!!
