I Don't know where the charge is from
I recently have been having trouble saving money so I decided to, quite literally, freeze my credit and debit cards. I am also trying to buy a car so was checking my credit scores, I signed up for a free membership with one of the companies two months ago. Free meaning NO CHARGES!!, but the application asked for a credit card no. to verify my info. I thought that was okay, I have done it before for other things with no problems. I even read the Terms and Conditions page top to bottom to make sure, and they was no mention of charges. So you can imagine my suprise to find out that my cards balance is negative $47, $13 for a memebership fee and $35 overdraft, so now as a poor college student i have been royally shafted out of money to cover this CRAP!! and to top it off i can't find the page to cancel the membership. ANY ADVICE?

Unauthorized Charge
$12.95 unauthorized charge on my Chase CC. I called 866-365-8654 to complain/request refund. They gave me a cancellation #, then transferred me to their fraud dept. They said I would get a $12.95 credit on my next statement, and gave me a confirmation # for the credit. I guess I'll see if it worked when I get my next CC statement.

I have been charged 2 times for this company and did not authorize a payment
This company charged me twice for their service. I did not authorize any payments. I don't know if they plan on charging me any further. Please help.

Bank withdrawls without my ok
Like the rest of you i've been scamed by this company. My account has been hit for $12.95 for the last 3 months. Lesson learned, always check your account often.Lets put this company out of business. Go to your bank or credit union and file a fraud report against these flakes!!! LETS PUT A STOP TO THESE PEOPLE!!! JD

Theifs!
This is complete crap. I've been on the line for over an hour now waiting for a supervisor to reverse these charges. I canceled over a month ago and they're charging me now! A lawsuit is definatally in order for this company. The fact that the representatives put people on hold hoping they will hang up and they wont have to deal with us, then comming back on long enough to see if we hang up the place you back on hold. I work for an insurance company on the phone and I would be fired for that practice. This company is definatally one of the things wrong with this country.

Unauthorized charges
I recently have been receiving charges on my bank statement for $11.95 from this company. I have never authorized them to charge me this amount. How do I remedy this situation.

Unauthorized charges!
For 2 years this has been going on. Charges of $11.95 and $1.00, every month for at least 24 months. What can be done. I have contacted them, they say they will stop, but do not. My bank says they can not do anything!

Unauthorized services!
Fraudulent practice started with freecreditreport.com - got the free credit report but did not opt out of the identity theft protection trial service. They ask for a nonexistent transaction number. Can call up 866 number listed in bank statement and the call does go through but operators just leave you listening to air (you can hear them chatting to each other now and then). Utter fraud! My bank will withdraw the money they stole the past eight months (8 X $11.95). Bastards.

I signed on for free credit check. But have found they have charged me 11.95 for the service. How can I get the charge off my credit card.
