For the past 2 months, I have stopped into the mobile station on Litchfield Rd (just north of I-10) and attempted to fill my car with gas. The pump continuously shuts off and I have to keep pulling the trigger on the handle. Frustrated, I have gone inside several times and voiced my complaint. The man I talked to informed me they were aware of the problem and that they were taking care of it. I asked why didn't they either put an out of order sign on it or turn it off. His reply was that they could not do that. I have seen other pumps on other stations around the valley and if they had a pump not working correctly, they would put an "out of order" sign on it. This one occurred on 6-10-2009 (yesterday). The pump that I have had the most problem with was #23. I guess he thought he was conversing with a grade school student be-cause his explanation with regard to my complaint, was as stated above. When we are forced to pay these rediculous gas prices, one would think the management would have been able to affect repairs on their respective pumps, if not operating correctly. Mobil's response to this complaint would be greatly appreciated and that the appropriate management personnel at this store, be apprised of this complaint and all concerned act appropriately.
