For each and every thing the customer care callers calling and torturing the subscribers. Like, "Getting your bills correctly on time?"
"How is our service", " your bill date is nearing and your due date is so and so", When are you going to pay our bills? Do you know our new value added service?", and so on and so forth, the variety of questions while we are in urgent, in any given month.
Suppose, if we want to ask any doubt, and dial to customer care, it will never be available to us less than half an hour trying. Even though, you get some filthy answer from customer care, in oral talks, you can never go to court if any service is not given or you are charged higher than the usual.
It is just like you stand in the hill-top in a lighted spot and the customer care people hiding in the dark-plane can any time throw stones one by one on your face! In turn you can never see their faces and retaliate to them!! How pathetic we are as a Tele/mobile customer? Do you feel the pain?
And the tom dick and harrys of the tele-callers would be randomly changed by circular-time-priorities, and we can never have any hold on our complaints, as to whom we have complained. If you confront any problem with your service provider or for any wrong billing, you have to start your story from alphabet "A" and narrate to every one come in the circular-way! It is a real hell of tortures! And a simple way to die in BP and heart-attack!!
