I placed an order on this website to buy (HTC Hero) mobile phone. after that they sent me an email saying that they are having a problem with there credit card processor. so there will be a delay. I waited for few days but no response.

Then they suggested that I send money them money on Western Union. I went to the Western Union agent in my country and sent 425$ for the phone and shipment cost as they instructed me to send to their accountant with the following address.

First Name : Marie
Last Name : Depoe
Address : 920 Avalon Blvd, Milton, FL 32583, USA

After that they informed me by email that they are going to ship the phone on the same day and I will receive it on Monday Morning 10 Aug 09. I kept asking them for the shipment tracking number but no response.
On Monday morning I sent them another email asking them for the shipment tracking number as I expect the phone to arrive via FedEx. They replied to me and the message was ("My boss says we cannot send 1unit."). I replied saying that I didn't understand what he said.
Then another email came saying "My boss says the MOQ was not met."
Another email came saying ("Hi. MOQ - Minimum Order Quantity.
My Boss says that the MOQ is 3Units.and he will give you an extra phone for free making it 4units. So he is saying you are required to send another payment for the extra 2phones, so you can get 4phones.")

Another email came saying ("He says once you send $780.. verything will be ok and he will send 4Phones. What do we do ?").

Then I replied to them saying that I am not intending to buy more and I didn't know these things because the website allowed me to order a quantity of 1 unit and I already payed the shipment cost. I asked them to send my money back on Western Union.

They replied saying ("How much can you afford so we can close the deal?").

At this time I convinced that they are scammers and thieves.
now I don't know what to do to get my money back because I don't live in USA.
