Ive invested with mobile imaging systems former rapidscam imaging back in oct. 2005 . Ive invested a total of 35, 000 7 units of this limited partnership. i feel that the company was misrepresented by a firm i delt with called emerging finacial . i was promised huge returns in about six months after rapidscan bought the imaging center . ive kept contact with the general partener jay kahane and after about a year he would never call back. finanlly after 2 years i threatened to call my attorney i recieved a call back from him . he made every excuse about the delays on why they havent launched and bought the imaging center. another year had passed and rapidscan was under a new name called mobile imaging systems lp . jay claimed because of the media and the slander of rapidscan, alot of contracts with several heath care chains have fallen through. ive talled with him severatimes afterwards and he told me thing are looking good and they bought a used imaging center and was opperating as of this day. he told me that in the begining of 2009 i would start to see a return. at the begining of 2010 i spoke with Mr Kahane and he said that because of the ecomony that the cash flow wasnt what was projected. and insurance wouldnt pay out what they antisipated. sounds like a excuse to me.

after a few months went by, ive called Mr Kahane several times and left a message on his voice mail and no call back . several times i called, i didnt recieve a call back and his voice mail was full. so july 29 I tryed to call the 1866 712 7226 number on there web page and recording saying that" the cellular number you called is not assigned please check the number and try your call agian. " seems pretty strange to me. there main number is a cellular # . anyway i searched the internet to see if there was any new media about mobile imaging systems and i read a few forums on rippoff.com how other victums that invested with mobile imaging systems are frustrated about there losses .
