I was rebooting my computer and installing goggle.com as my browser when I could not go any further than to participate in their Goggle Survey 2011 annual visitor survey. So since I like goggle I went with the flow. It says: complete this 30 second questionnaire, and to say "thank you", we'll offer you a choice of 3 exclusive prizes. This offer is available today only: April 01, 2011. Yes I got April fooled all right! Question 1 of 3: asked my gender, then it asked for my cell phone...I could not skipped the process to install my browser so I logged off and same thing happen...so I put my husband cell phone number because my account was zero and my phone battery not charged. My husband has a balance of over 10$, I had just charged 15$ to his cell on 04/27/2011 . So the web site offer me one of 3 choice of exclusive prizes (one of them was a 5$ Walmart card) and gave me a PIN number. As soon as the PIN appeared on my husband cell phone, his account went to zero and I could not put a stop to the charges of 9.99$ I had printed what was happening but only 2 pages printed out of 4. On one of them it does not say goggle.com anymore but Mobile Media Solutions for something about Guessology.com and 2 guessing ringtones + pwd and a phone number to contact to stop the charge (877) 707-6177. His cell has 3 text messages in a row from 873-50. I was so upset not only to have been foolrd on April 1st but to have lost the money that I place on my husband cell for emergency purpose. He travel up the mountain to teach each day and sometimes the rode is icy. His cell is his safe line home in danger. Shame on Mobile Media Solutions when I was rebooting my husband computer for his use to home to record student's progress. I since then cancel the service at 1877.707.6177, then I cancelled text message on his cell through Verizon automated services, I am going to follow with a note on this site Consumer Response Center, 1-877-FTC-HELP, + a complain to BBB + the Federal Commision FCC at 1.888.225.5322 (file a complain) www.ftc.gov That is the Federal Trade Commission for the charge of CRAMMING + a complain of activity report at Better Business Bureau of Mid-Western and Central Ontario + a complain a Mobile Media Solutions: 607 - 36 Eglinton Avenue West
