My (+919970979909) Mobile office is DEFECTIVE from 18/08/2007. In these 8 days I can't use this service due to Company's upgradation & Problem in service of GPRS in Maharashtra.
Several Times I had called 121 Customer Care/ Customer Problematic Service. Calling to 121-414 (Technical Department), Everytime answer is within 4 Hours. But within 8 days it is not in condition to work 1 Minute with MOBILE OFFICE. Also Rough answers are given. One Operater said 'Dont Talk ANGRILY, I will disconnect the Call and He DISCONNECTED.
within 8 days I am not able to work on MOBILE OFFICE & AirTel is Looting Rs. 11.99 REGULARLY, WITHOUT giving Service.
