I bought iphone to resolve my communication problem urgently and was scheduled to deliver by DHL.

The guy who delivers the stuff was so ignorant and careless that he might came bit didn't even try to knock the door. didn't leave any leaflet which is the legal requirement and didn't even try to contact me where as he was given the contact number. i am talking about a guy whom i have seen just for once. However, before to this guy, somebody did his duty very well.

After not delivering my percale, they returned it to O2 without trying to re-deliver. I have talked to them, they asked me to talk to o2. i talked to o2 and reorganized everything since i was so desperate. But DHL didn't response professionally and sent my stuff back to 02 that caused me huge sufferings and financial embracement.

Later i informed to their customer service but they didn't do anything and finally submitted formal compliant through their website but they didn't reply at all.

Now i am going to take legal action, complaint to OFT and start campaign against their dishonest business.

My mission will be to stop operating their currier service in the UK unless they comply 100% professional requirement.

My advice is, just ignore this ugly thug, kick their ass and stay away from this pigs.

Dear sir/madam,

With immense grief I want to state that I am not at all happy with the service you provide, rather it has put me into a big trouble.
Actually, as per your products advertisement published in “vijay Karnataka” dated 23.02.10, I ordered one “Ultra Sexy Ultra Slim Touch Screen Mobile” on 24.02.10. As per your advertisement you assure the shipment of product within 10 days but I have not yet received the product and the worst thing has happened that the amount to be paid for the product has been made. It is already more than one month passed and I am completely harassed calling your customer care dealers now.
Now I am tired of it. I called the customer care many times and sometimes they say that the money I paid has not been reached, sometimes they say that your order no. is incorrect. Nobody comes up with the solution.
I don’t need the product now; please CANCEL MY ORDER AND RETURN THE MY MONEY.
Please look into the matter seriously for the best way out soon.
