parcel not delivered
I have sent a parcel on on 9th nov 2009 (from CHINA) and it has still not been delivered as yet my the SPEED POST of Mumbai, India to my friend! Its more than 10 days now, while I am writing this complaint.

Retrieving lost messagaes from SIM card
At the outset I must admit that this is not a complaint. In fact, this is an SOS. I, by mistake, deleted all messages from my mobile phone's SIm card. These included some very important, I must say precious, messages. Is there any way I can retrieve them? Is there a software to do this? I would be extremely grateful if someone can give me some guidelines.

display bad pixels
I'm Ankit kumar from gr. noida. i have a nokia cell phone 5800 xpress music. the problem in cell is very bad display...i submit it for repairing in nokia care center noida sec-2...then they return it to me after 25 days with the liquid demage information message...and told me for no care
then suddenly i tell him repaired it on my own expences charge, the services charge was very high its 6, 000.00 rs. so i didn't repaired it by your employe.
so please do any good process in my favour about my complain and recive a highly obilised from me...

Brief description of issue:
I spent over 4 hours on the phone with tech support trying to transfer my phone number. I was offered 50 free minutes as compensation for my time and was not given a ticket number because supposedly the system was down. I was told to call back in 24 to 48 hours. When I called back I was told there was no record of any offered minutes. I asked to speak with a supervisor and am on hold now. I have been on hold for almost 10 minutes. Your tech support is the most horrible thing I have ever experienced. Fifty minutes is only 5 dollars you people have wasted more of my time and the peoples time who work for you to equal almost 200 dollars.

Regarding ring tone
I had never asked you to set these Phone no 09313637364 & 093136373640, with any caller tunes why it has been done so.Every time my money had been cut for that out of each recharge. Please remove those vulgar songs and in future if my money would be wasted for that I will drag u to the court. You have no right to waste my money. You people r earning money this &that way. I m serious Take necessary action other wise u will see what can be done by me.

sms problem
I have reliance classic mobile phone & many times I get blank sms due to some problem. Actually out of 10 sms I receive 3 or 4 blank sms message. So, please suggest me what should I do? It`s really a big problem.
