Dear Sir/Madam, I have purchased sony ericsson phone U100i from ratan emporium Dis. Dhar (M. P.) on april 2010. I had submitted my Sony Ericsson "U100i"(under warranty) Mobile phone for repairing on JUL 29 2010 to the Sony Ericsson Service Center(HR services shop no. 104, G-92, 1st floor pratap complex, pratap market, munirika, new Delhi, Ph no.011-46564535 ).Its been more then 2 month and they are always informing that the hardware part which needs to be replaced is not available in the market and they are not sure how much more time more they would need to find the part and return back my mobile phone. I can also complain on customer cares(011-39011111) many no. of times but they can nevar respond to my complain, many times they are never take cell and cut the my cell . I am really surprised by this attitude of company and company employers. the company like Sony Ericsson cannot find an electronic part for such a latest mobile model. I am finding it very inconvenient as I am not having any spare mobile for use.Hence I will urge upon you to look into the matter urgently and expect a quick positive solution.Thaking you Yours VIVEK BHAWAN Cell : 09891797035
