I purchased a set Model R306 from Big Bazar on 10.03.2010 but set started
problem after 7-10 days and I visited your service centre "Redington" near aarti chowk where its software updated and set returned to me.
After that in November, it again started giving problem of hanging, charging and
many more set submiited for repair at B.M.Services vide Job Sheet No.SE31006111787 Dated 22.11.10 and received after 10 days but set after getting 2-3 days it started same problem. Service Centre told me that set is out model and spares not available which is not my fault if set is not working good what's my fault.
I, therefore request you to replace set with another model or give me my payment back. I hope esteemed company like Sony will listen my problem and give better solution.
