Stay away
I did not find a great deal of reviews about the company when I researched them, but those few I did find were positive so I took a chance and got the modem to connect to the internet when I visited Europe this past summer. After a week of very little usage which I meticulously tracked, I could not connect to the service. I kept getting "searching" messages. When I tried to connect to other providers in range, I would get "forbidden." Eventually, I was forced to pay for the hotel connection. After about a month, I got emails and phone messages about high usage and a negative balance. I was charged for 3 hours of connection time when I could not get past the "searching" screen. For part of this time, I am quite confident that I had already shut the computer and gone to sleep!. Since I paid thorugh PayPal, the company couldn't automatically charge me for this bogus usage, but they have hounded and threatened me. They have even tried to tell me that TMobile verified this usage. Unbelievable. They claim that their telephone number works, it does not. They missed shipping deadlines that nearly caused the modem to arrive after I left. They got a good deal of money that they provided zero service for. Stay away from this company.

bad service, excessive fees
Tried MobilityPass as a wireless broadband provider. While traveling in Europe only 2 connections out of about 25 attempts were successful. In retrospect that was lucky, because MobilityPass took, without my permission, $426 from my bank account to pay the two Internet sessions. Total connect time was 45 minutes.
Crap service and outrageous charges. They also topped up my pre-payment account, although it didn't need it. They refuse to refund my pre-pay account.
I advise everyone to find another Internet provider. It's normal to pay one tenth of what MobilityPass charges and the connections will work a lot better.

Scam charges
Used MobilityPass global roaming internet service to connect to internet in my German hotel room. The typical charge is $0.20 /minute plus a connection charge. Didn't notice in the small print that the connection charge on this occasion was $44.00 per use! I used the service twice and was charged over $90.00 for about 1 hour on the internet.
Company uses prepay plan with auto top up. They grabbed another $100 from me before I noticed and won't refund the balance.
