I stop by the mobil/Speed Lane store to get diesel fuel when the clerk name Frank was being very rude, I was trying to get fuel when he prepay my pump and I enter all my information in the system, I seen where it said approve but he told me it decline the transaction so I ask for a print out of the decline transaction, very rudely he said there is no print out you must find another method of payment or you how to move your truck. So I went outside in put my card in at the pump where it worked find with no problem, so I went back inside the store to get the store number for I can report this incident to someone to let them know this is not customer service. I did not deserve to be treated this way when, I spend my hard earn money here. I hope this issue will be address.
