Sir, I want to deactive the service of ringtones, it is coming from 6290 by downloading the given link, we get the ringtone from NATTA, for each message he is deducting (3sr)per message from my balance. So I want to deactive or unsuscribe this. my cell number-00966566118331

INTERNET BUNDLES / ACCESS
MOBILY HAS THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!! I HAVE BEEN CALLING THIER CUSTOMER SERVICE NUMBER FOR TWO WEEKS NOW AND NO CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE IS ANSWERING MY CALL!!! THEY DON'T DESERVE TO BE IN A SERVICE INDUSTRY!!! I JUST HAVE A SIMPLE PROBLEM ABOUT MY INTERNET ACCESS BUT NO ONE FROM MOBILY CAN HELP ME!!! THEY SHOULD INVEST MORE IN THIER CUSTOMER SERVICE...TRY TO TO GET SOME TRAININGS AND SEMINAR ABOUT... GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE! I AM TRYING TO ENROLL MY SIM CARD TO THEIR INTERNET BUNDLES (1gb)...I FOLLOWED THE INSTRUCTION ON THEIR SO CALLED CUSTOMER SERVICE HOTLINE 1100, THE STUPID VOICE MACHINE INFORMED ME THAT I WILL BE RECEIVING AN SMS MESSAGE ONCE THE PROCESS IS COMPLETED...BUT UNTIL NOW I NEVER GET THAT SMS NOTIFICATION!!! UNTIL NOW I CANNOT USE THE SIM CARD FOR INTERNET ACCESS!!! I DON'T KNOW WHAT KIND OF SERVICE AND OPERATION THEY HAVE BUT ATLEAST DON'T LEAVE THEIR CUSTOMERS HANGING...I AM NOT GETTING ANYTHING FROM THEIR SIDE...I JUST HOPE THEY CAN ATLEAST TRY TO RESOLVE THIS ISSUE, OTHERWISE... THEIR BAD SERVICE WILL BE CIRCULATED AND I'LL MAKE SURE THAT THE FILIPINO COMMUNITY WILL BE WELL INFORMED.

Incorrect billing & false promises
I am have three connections with mobily postpaid. I needed Internet connection. I called the customer care. They misled me into subsribing to the mobily Internet unlimited bundle. When I calle d the Mobily customer care, they promised me that they will resolve my issue. They needed time. they told me that the Internet subscription is cancelled and i will get the charges waived off if they found out that i dint use the internet. when it was about a month and my repeated calling dint resolve my issue, they told me that its already under process and it will be resolved before the billing cycle. On the beginning of the next month they charged me again for more that 300 saudi riyals. They handed me over the complaint number and promised me that they will surely resolve my issue with 48 hours. its more than two weeks now. My fone is barred and My issue still unresolved. Do the mobily people know what customer service and customer service attitude is? They are penny wise and pound foolish. They will surely save a few riyals by outsourcing thier customer service, but will lose customers. I am totally fed up of the service. My Mobile Number is 00966-541945154

Obnoxious Calls
We are receiving these obnoxious calls from the caller of Mobily Phone user 0591308650 every day on our home phone number.
Please help us stop such sick people from unsolicited calls.
Authorities can make a note of this number and punish the perpetrator.

sir i want to deactivate the service of wall paper's, it is coming from 6290, by down loading the given link we get the wall paper from NATTA. for each message he is deducting 3 Sr/- per message from my balance.so i want to deactivate or unsubscribe this service. I was call calling customer care since from 24 hours but nobody can resolve or clear this issue. please deactivate this service as soon as possible.
