Looked up how to contact you regarding order, and wanted to advise it is on it's way back to you, size ordered was not honored, as you will see on order sheet when it returns to you, consequently I had to pay 4.80 shipping back to you, which I feel is unfair being it was on your end who made misstake, so hopefully a refund will be honored! I called 800 # only to be told they send same size when ordering a med.? Why bother to indicate what size you need if this is case? Mens sizes run bigger and wider, tried my husbands on no way could wear, too long and wide! Should be getting moccasins back in 2 days according to postoffice, sent @ 9:30 AM 12/26/08.
