Thanks for the swift response, I think your price is more preferable than others, I am glad to inform you that the contract will be awarded to you. We have a lot of work that you will still handle for us.
I will like you to cover a model shoot events that will hold in Denver, Colorado. It will hold for 4 days and 8 hours in a day. Concerning the flight and the hotel accommodation, we will provide that for you and send you details about it when it is all done. The date for the event is 5th of March to 8th of March. I will like you get back to me with your Contact details including your address for verification, Once that is done, we will make arrangement to send a check for your part payment in advance. We will be responsible for the Hotels and flight fee

Thanks for the message, It will be a certified check that will be sent to you, and also the check must clear at the bank before you will come, that is why we want to arrange the payment as soon as possible. You only need to come with your camera and your laptop, if you need more equipment, it will be provided for you. Concerning the contact or a number for your family to call, once our booking agent reserves your hotel for you, we will send you all the details so that you can give it to your family.

Thanks for the address, We have registered you for the shoot, Concerning your payment, we do make arrangement for part payment check before the shoot. Arrangement for the $3500 check has will be made and the check will be sent to your address in 24-48 Hrs.
Here is the procedure, you are to deduct $1000 for your part payment and the traveling agent will contact you concerning the hotel booking and your flight booking. You are to get the remaining 2500$ over to the booking agent to get the hotels and reserve the flight for you and to get other things available for you before your arrival. The balance for your payment will be provided on your arrival on the same day.
Get back to me and verify your address that the check will be sent to.
