BE CAREFUL about where you shop for furniture. I thought I was saving a buck by shopping where they advertise "big savings! up to 70% off!" BIG mistake! Owned by the Ochoa family who claim to be Christians, but rip off customers that spend their hard earned dollars in their store!

I purchased over $6,000 in one day trying to furnish my new home. When it came time for delivery, I got damaged leather furniture, knobs missing from dressers and dragged through the mud trying to get it resolved! A month after my delivery, I was told I had to wait until they ordered a new set... MONTHS went by with phone call after phone call refused when finally Sonia Ochoa told me I could not get a refund, but I could take a different set that was also defective, but she would NOT give me my money back!

This went on for SIX long months, they kept my money AND the furniture until I finally had to get small claims court involved. Even the judge thought she was a joke! Their receipts are bought in Office Depot and the wording isn't even legal! It protects THEM not YOU, the customer! He told her 'Fingers, Metropolitan & Star wouldn't put their customers through all this!" AND they WOULDN'T!! I have visited all of these stores and was treated how a customer should be! With respect and courtesy! AND the prices are better with the bigger stores' sales than Model Home's regular prices!!

70% off isn't worth what they're selling!! "Treat others the way you would want to be treated!"
