I know we known will probably see any of our money, but was wondering if there were any new developments or possibly a class action suit if their assets had been frozen. 	kim schutts June 10, 2009 morgage scam Total SCAM!!! We had to keep sending money... promised our morgage would be in account at end of day... never saw the funds, we are out ALOT of money, NEVER return our phone calls or e-mails, I am going to fight to get my money back, Anybody else been scamed by them?
