1- Merchant induced me to purchase their service by stating that they offered vacation packages at discounted rates. However, after signing with them, they offered me rates that were higher than market rates and offered to only price match other vendors. However even with the price match there really is no discount since the end result is market price and no discount beyond that.

2- MDU is not willing to provide a refund for un-satisfied customer based on signed contract with merchant which state satisfaction guarantee
