Wells Fargo modification seems to only exist my name . This is because so it seems that the program is not running at all. I've submitted tons of
documents over and over again.They've confirmed receipt of them, and tell me just call back next week . I call them, then they say "it's under review"
just call back next week". I Call back next week and they'll say something like " we've put your account on inactive status because of missing documents.
How can that be so if you just confirmed yesterday that you've had them. "oh but were missing this", so i send it again. Then once more I confirm receipt of them
Then someone from the same department calls me we've just closed your account yesterday... My respond is "wait a minute.. I just spoke to my processor via
a 3 way conference call with a HAMP counselor, and he confirmed that all documents were in and they were reviewing the docs. This is what I perceive...
Wells Fargo is just prolonging the process by claiming to have missing docs, there is a lot of miscommunication amongst themselves, their playing intentionally attempting for
us to become frustrated to the point that we just give up hence giving them our homes, making our lives miserable and making this process overwhelming thus sinking the borrower into a bigger hole. I know that when Obama gave the billions of money to the banks, this is not what he had in mind . Please if you've experienced the same situation as I please let's get together and send a collective letter of complaint to the OCC, Department of Treasury and even the White HOuse.
