On 02/10/06 I placed an order on mods4less.com, and paid for shipping by USPS Priority Mail. The Xbox/GC Dragon Adapter that I ordered said that it was "INSTOCK", and "Usually ships within 1 Business Day".

For the next week I would check my order status every day to see if my order had shipped, and to get my tracking number. But my order status never changed. It always said, "Status: Processed". I contacted mods4less by email, and using their web form, for 5 straight days before I finally got a response. I was told the adapter I ordered was out of stock, but they would have more in stock the next week, and for the delay, my order would be sent via expedited shipping complementary.

More than 2 weeks go by, and I still don't have my order, so I send more emails. 9 days later, I finally get a response telling me that they are still out of stock, but would be getting more in the middle of the week, and my order will be shipped via expedited shipping complementary.

3 days later I finally get a shipping confirmation email with the USPS Tracking#: 9101805213907163162849. A week goes by, and I still don't have my order. I sent numerous emails for the next couple weeks, but never got a response.

By searching the web, I found the owner's AIM username, and contacted him on 04/07/06. He claimed that my order must have been lost in transit, and that he would send out another order, which should arrive "the middle of next week". He also said he would send me my new tracking number.

Another week goes by, and I still don't have my old or new order, so I start sending emails again.

As of today, it has been 2 months and 10 days, since I placed my initial order. I have been sending emails, using their web contact form, using their online live help web chat, trying to contact them by mIRC, and trying to contact them by AIM, but have been ignored for almost 2 weeks now.

After searching the web and seeing a bunch of people with stories almost exactly like mine, I have come to realize that the owner of mods4less is a habitual liar, who doesn't care at all about his customers.

I recommend that everyone AVOID DOING BUSINESS ON MODS4LESS.COM!!! The odds are you will get burned. For those of you that don't heed this warning, don't say I didn't warn you!
