I am a highly dissatisfied and frustrated customer. I have been cheated by a Maruti dealer. The name of the dealer is Mohan Motors, Kolkata(phone 9007013608). I booked a Dzire (CSD quota since Iam a retire defence officer) on 18th October 2008 through AP Financials (Mr Sawan Kapoor phone- 9811432128). They had initially said that the car would be delivered within 20 days, thatis by 8th November 2008. I have not got the car till date and since 8th Nov they have been humiliating me and telling me lies about the car. Iam worried about the delivery of the car and I have no clue where the car is right now. I paid the entire amount, my hard earned money in downpayment without any loan just to know that my car is not known where it is. It was to come from Kolkata till Delhi and no one knows where the car is. Iam highly frustrated. On enquiring about the car, they rudely told me to relax and not to disturb them again. They said that the car is available on black money (with premium) and since I did not pay any black money thats why the delivery has been delayed. I request you to please cancel your dealership with Mohan Motors Kolkata so that no other customer is humiliated like me in future.
