Bill Moore should be investigated and thrown out of the NFA with the strongest actions they can take. Bill Moore is a CROOK who lied to us, the clients, and lost 90% of the money entrusted to his firm.
The lie was Bill Moore was still utilizing the technology we all signed up for, which is the only reason we traded with his firm Mohr and Moore in the first place..
Come to find out AFTER Bill Moore lost all of our money, that he STOLE the technology by not paying for the right to use it per his contract with the technology provider.
So the technology was SHUT OFF and he continued to trade our accounts manually WITHOUT our knowledge or consent.
Bill Moore did this because he was receiving KICKBACKS from the brokerage house, WHICH WE DIDNT KNOW NOR AGREED TOO!
THE MORE TRADES IN THE FOREX MARKET HE MADE THE MORE MONEY THEY WOULD PAY HIM .
Bill Moore was putting on massive amounts of FOREX currency contracts and lost every clients money by over extending what our accounts could handle.
SO BEWARE OF BILL / WILLIAM MOORE AND MOHR AND MOORE LLC!!!
I have heard the NFA is in the process of launching a full investigation to stop this crook for good, but it doesn't get our money back.
