I should have took the hint, it took three attempts to geth them to return a call just to make the appt.
A nice woman called Sue called and said sorry, she would send a melanie out, although the schedule was very tight as she was a mother. Another red flag, if this is a prof company.
The day of estimate apt I got a call two hours before, Melanie had to go elsewhere, the details I can't recal as I was angry, but Sue was nice and made another apt three days later.
Apt day, 11am...11.30am... 11.35am Sue called, Melaine was lost and could not find my home, she would be late for another apt now so would have to cancel.
ARE YOU FOR REAL?? I have waited in I screamed. Poor woman Sue had to take the anger from me, eventually I agreed to an apt the same day at 3pm.
melaine turned up, she did not say sorry and was stuck up, Autrailain I think. Gace me a price of $140 for initail clean and $115 every 2 weeks. She had no uniform and an unmarked car. The poor woman is clearly overwight and does not do well in the Florida heat, she looked and smelt terrible.
Day of clean, Tuesday 10am.. Monday had a nice call from Sue confirming the apt.
Tuesday 8.45am, Sue called to cancel, a girl had gone sick.. So after three weeks, 7 phone calls I have still not had my home cleaned,
I have had to wash my hands from them, the clowns here in Sarasota could not run a water hose. I have cancelled my gym subscription and clean myself, using the cleaning like a workout and I can now take my son and his family on a vacation with me with the money I saved.
I guess there is a reason for everything.
