Truly there has to be another way to contact these people and get some kind of response. Their phone number which is also indicated on the bottle of '2-DAY SLIM DOWN' does not work nor does their FAX number. They are very bad, bad business people. They allow for you to try the product during a trial period and then, they continue to deduct the funds from your account regardless of what you tell them. THIS IS WRONG! We live here in Hawaii and, they invoiced me for a shipment. The invoice is dated: 10-08-2006. In September I had already asked them NOT TO send me any more of their product and they obviously went DEAF on me. Anyhow, the shipment invoiced to me on 10-08-2006, was postmarked 02-14-2007 and, I just received the delivery today, 03-06-2007. Now I'm trying to contact them and all I'm getting is a busy signal. As for the FAX number, I'm getting an error recording. HELP!
