Fraudulent Charge

I have no idea who Money Bookers is but apparently they knew my account information and unlawfully took $569.00 straight out of my checking account. This company somehow works as a third party merchant for online orders. I am thankfully working closely with my bank to get my money back but this is not going to be an easy process. Its unreal how easy it is for people to STEAL money right out from under you. I was not set up from a phone call or email, or even because of an online purchase. This was a complete and utter robbery of my money from my checking account with out any interaction.

non return of my 100.00 dollars

i recently deposited 100.00 $ Australian with money bookers and i filled out my email address wrongly and when i tried to use my money i found that i could not access my account so i wrote and rang money bookers i was told that i had no account anyway after a lot of mucking about i found that the problem was my email address so i proceeded to email them of the problem and i was told that they could not do anything about it unless i sent them my id which i did and it was not good enough so i asked them not to give me the money but to reverse the transaction but i have not heard from them for a couple of months so i resent the email and still no answer so i would like to have someone in authority to get in touch with them so i can get my money back thanking you in anticipation
