After approaching MONEY WORRIES regarding debt consolidation and receiving the initial paperwork I discovered that I had been misinformed regarding charges and using the cooling off period, wrote, emailed and called them to cancel the agreement and request monies already taken be returned to my account. The conversation with their customer service confirmed as it was a straight forward cancellation it would be done within 28 days, After waiting 28 plus days I called again to be told there was no one in the refund department and they would get someone to call me back, this did not happen so again I called this time being told again the refund department had authorised my refund and it would be paid within 28 days. On pointing out it was already well over 28 days since my original call I was told the period would start from this current call. I am know looking for additional payment to cover bank charges incurred due to the failure of MONEY WORRIES to keep to their terms and conditions.
