Scam
They took 99.95 dollars out of my account i donot know this company, but i make sure this willnot happen again, i have informed my bank aand the police, these peoples are crooks, who need to be locked up for life.

This company withdrew 99.95 out of my checking without authorization
Mongocard in florida electronically withdrew 99.95 out of my checking acct without my authorization. When I called this company, they said that they have a pop up ad connected with a pay day loan and when you give your personal information, it gets forwarded to their company. I demanded that they refund my money and cancel anything that they set up in my name. Andrea-supervisor stated that it takes 10 days to process and another 10 days to refund if I called to remind them. This company is stealing money from innocent people in need and getting away with it. How many complaints do we need to see in order for someone to shut this company down. I also think the Bank of Delaware should be investigating considering they are putting these checks thru. They are just to blame.

unauthorized withdrawal from my checking account
These people are robbing people of money and no one can do anything about it. Well im about to try. They drafted 99.95 out of my checking account and i have never even been to their website so they must be planting spyware or something. They did this three days before christmas and ruined my little four-yearold daughters christmas. It was sad and im gonna do everything in my power to make them pay for it.

unknown charge to my account
unknown company has been charging my account every month in the amount of 99.95 and 29.95 without my consent and i dont appreciate it or allow it . i want all my money refunded plus overdraft fees of 35.00x6 and each month that they charge my account.

Mongocard took money out of mt account, that was not aurthorized.Spoke with customer service rep. He stated that money money would be placed back into account, howeveer it has not been placed back.When I call the number for Mongocard I dont get an answer.I would like my money back in my account ASAP.

stealing money from account
i applied for a loan on line and i never recieved the loan but my bank account started going into the negative. first 99.00 then more and more. I called my bank to find out who was withdrawing monies from my account and they gave me mongocard's name and phone number. then froze my accounts. 189.00 has accumulated in fees from this company continously trying to withdraw money out of my account ant i want to be paid back to avoid me hiring a lawyer

UNAUTHORIZED BILLING
I RECEIVED AN UNAUTHORIZED CHARGE OF$69.95 to my checking account. i have never heard of this company nor have I ANY USE FOR THIS . THE CHECK # WAS 356091. I NEVER AUTHORIZED THIS TRANSACTION NOR DID I RECEIVE ANY SERVICE/PRODUCT FOR THIS TRANSACTION. THIS IS A FRAUDULENT STATEMENT AND I AM OWED AN IMMEDIATE REFUND. I HAVE REPORTED THIS AS A FRAUDULENT TRANSACTION TO MY BANK.
