Beware of this company!
Our 13 year old saved his money to purchase an electric scooter. He found Monster Motor Scooter .com and found the scooter he really wanted. Against my better judgment he and my wife ordered it. They claim they tried to find info on this company and could not find any negative information on them. We received the scooter and had several problems. We contacted the company and informed them of the problems and our dissatisfaction with the overall quality, lack of power, etc. We requested to just send it back, but they informed us they don't accept returns and they sent us out replacement parts. Not being scooter mechanics, we had some difficulty repairing this brand new scooter. Our son immediately wanted to try it out again and upon his return, he told us it still does not have much power. We had followed the charging directions to the letter. We again contacted the company, again asking for a refund. They not only refused again, but informed us that they only paying shipping for the first request of replacement parts. They also have no incoming phones, so you can not contact them other than via the internet. They immediately start quoting their warranty and return policy that you agree to when purchasing from them. I am sorry that we were stupid and did not check them out better. How can they not stand behind their products and have such poor warranty and return practices. We have filed a complaint with the better business bureau and also file a dispute with our VISA. Hopefully we can get some satisfaction for our son. Please warn others of this company and be very careful who you buy from. Make sure they can't hide in the internet. I will be very reluctant in the future to purchase for any internet based companies.
