USed product/crappy customer service
Last month I took receipt of one of the Montel Williams Healthmaster appliances... the unit was OBVIOUSLY used! Imagine paying over $200 for a product to find scratches all over it and a sticky substance on the inside of it. I called customer service the very next day to request a shipping label... my initial intention was to return for hopefully a new replacement. That was on April 28th... it is now May 17th and I'm no closer to returning this thing than I was the day after receiving it! The people in "customer service"... more like excuse service, refused my initial civil request to speak directly with a supervisor. At $200 per unit people should be able to expect to receive a product that has not been used and to also call and not be treated as though YOU are the person at fault! If I were okay with buying a used product I'm sure I could have bought this thing off of Ebay or Craigslist for a heck of alot less, not to mention the ridiculous amount of shipping that I paid to supposedly get it faster! I have every reason to be upset and the customer service supervisor just kept touting how her staff has done nothing but their best to get me a label that mind you I still do not have! After giving out 2 email addresses and being promised on May 2nd that the label is being sent to my regular mail box, this is getting stupid. They are extremely quick in taking your money for this thing but no one wants to hear you when there is a problem. If you know what I know now... do not buy this thing because if you ever have an issue, good luck getting quick help. They would just as soon blame you for the problem and instead sing the praises of their phone representatives (who you literally have to beg to speak to a supervisor should you have the audacity of asking to speak to one!).

stopped working,retuturned, no refund yet
I ordered the healthmaster last month, it suddenly quit on me, I called them, and explained the problem, after waiting two weeks to get a return lable, I sent it back on my own, it, s been a week, and I have not heard from them at all, No REFUND. It was taken out of m4y bank account, and I paid for it in full.Sincerely, MClingerman,
