Juicer
My juicer worked only once. The rep troubleshooted a result. There is button on top where the pitcher sits.
It must be pressed downward so the machine works. The pitcher handle has a knob to press into the unit.
It works for now. I want TO CONTACT MONTEL .. HOW DO WE FIND HIS EMAIL ?? He actually sold us a
POOR QUALITY UNIT. EVEN QVC is selling it on tv.

Phoney Product
Montel's HealthMaster is a poor quality juicer. My first one burned out and the second one only worked once.

poor customer service
I called to order my Healthmaster and was still on the phone 15 minutes later as a very pushy, disinterested woman tried to get me to buy everything under the sun, i told her that i had to go and pick up my son from preschool but she kept trying to put me through to other people regarding a mini cruise i had won and various other scams.
After I received the piece of junk Healthmaster, I was not happy with it, it did not perform the way Motel so convincingly said it would, it was noisy and then it broke.
I tried and tried and tried to contact their customer service department but all i got was an automated voice telling me to call back later or to leave a number ( which i did, several times) and an operator would call me back, which of course they didn't.. after 2 wks of this I put a dispute in with my credit card company and tried to send the product back only to my dismay find out that the address they gave me was bogus!!
I am absolutely horrified that there isn't a law in which these company's are forced to cease trading, they are clearly running a scam and Montel by association is a crook, I used to like and trust him but now i see he is nothing more than a desperate has been trying to make a few million at the cost of decent hard working people, I will never buy anything from Tristar again and suggest that the American public don't either.
I just wish we could rely on our politicians to look out for the common man and pass some sort of legislation to stop these company's and their famous sidekicks from ripping us all off.
I THOUGHT WE ALL HAD RIGHTS IN THIS GREAT COUNTRY, OBVIOUSLY, WE DON'T.

Poor Customer Service
I recently purchased a Healthmaster blender and waiting for delivery. I have some questions on the high shipping charges. So, I called their customer service line. After being on hold for 20 minutes I decided to follow the call back option per the directions on the voicemail message. I received a call back about 10 minutes later. The problem was, my telephone rang two times and when I picked it up the call was gone. This meant I lost my place in the queue! I called back and all lines were busy and they instructed me to call back later. How frustrating! I hope this is NOT a prelude to how the blender will perform. It sure looks great on television. I have a 60 day guarantee or my money back, according to Montel's infomercial. I am hoping for the best. This item was not cheap!

Another Ripped Off Customer

I purchased the Montel Williams Healthmaster. I made great smoothies and soups about a dozen times. It is now leaking. When I called the customer service center to report the defect, I was told they would not replace the defective pitcher unless I paid for it. $25.00! I am insulted that I paid $200 for this machine and Montel does not stand behind it. Beware! Save your money.
