I purchased the montel healthmaster emulsifier and used it for approximately 1-1/2 months. It did all of the things that it was advertised to do. Then it burned out. After trying to restart it several times by using the restart button, without success, I called customer service and was informed that I could be sent another unit but I would have to pay shipping and handling costs of $29.95. I thought this was unfair since it was not my fault that the unit had malfunctioned. Also, I had paid for extended warrenty on the unit when I purchased it and was now informed that had I not purchased this that had I not done this that I would now be charged $149.99 for this motor which was suppose to be guaranteed for life. It appears to me that the whole thing is just a scam. I am very disappointed that Montel is associated with this. I think that I am going to ask for a refund.<br />
