poor quality

The cost of this machine $300.00 plus the complete failure soon after operation, coupled with the complete breakdown on consumer remediation alone is enough for justifiable cause for a class action lawsuit. Why is tri star and Montel STILL allowed to continue to blatently dupe the american consumer with this completly broken down prone to multi failure SCAM APPLIANCE while there raking in MILLIONS and laughingg all the way to the bank?HELLO. SOMEONE PLEASE HELP!

Customer service

Called and ordered Montels Health Master, sounded good, but the next day we looked on line and they charged us for 2 of them they were not the same price one had $30.00 warranties the other was $19.99 for the warranties which we didn't want the prices for the unit them selves were different 1 was $199, 96 the other was $159.00 one had $19.99 S&H the other had $29.98. It makes you wonder who Montel has working for him.
After calling for 3 day, I finally got through, but waited for 30 minutes, I got it settled by a very nice young lady. I hope returning the other will work just in case I will get a tracking # its worth it .
