I have been a student with Montgomery College for two semesters. In that time, I've noticed that lack of assistance and ignorance the Disability Support Services department has for its students.

I have a learning disability and after many complaints made to my counselor asking for helping in my classes, I was never given any proper assistance. The professor of one of my classes is the only person going out of her way to help me they way I am entitled to be helped.

The English professor I had totally ignored the things that I needed to be helped with, she didn't properly teach the class according to the curriculum and refused to help me.
