I purchased three items from Moonko LLC / Hobbygen.com and paid via Paypal in full. When I only received two of the three items ordered I tried to follow up with shipping info for the third item and never heard back from them again. Any complaint filed through Paypal is void since there is a delivery on file for this order!

Three months later and I am still unable to contact EM at Hobbygen who originally sent my order confirmation.
