By some mistake i bought a Nokia 2505 to use with my Reliance Mobile number. In the past six months, I have given the phone to Nokia care for four time for the same issue of not getting my memory accessible. For one time they will took 15 days at the minimum and the issue will be solved for next thirty days. So in total to use the phone for 30 days i have to not to use it for 15 days. More over i have to fight with the executives in nokia care each time to make them understand that it is the phone issue that the memory is not accessible.
To Nokia: If you follow execution with the existing executives in the coimbatore gandipuram nokia care, the day on which people put hands on the employees will not be that long. I don't know why a leading company is giving this worst product and service to the customer.
