Bad Service to go with Poorly made Products
People listen to me. Never, Never, Never, and ONE Big never ! buy anything from this store. The quality is horrible and you will spend
a lifetime waiting for someone to call you back. Not to mention that your furniture is not worth the nails used to hold it together. This store is a joke.
My family purchased furniture from here. They delivered all the pieces over a two and half month period. We had to pick up some of the
bedroom furnitue ourself. Because we didn't want to pay an additional delivery fee. It wasn't our fault that the furniture didn't come in time for our delivery date. But most important we were given the run a round about our arrival date. This company takes your money then treats you like cow poo !
The only thing I like about this company is the Popcorn on the way out. I should have had the popcorn and exited the store before purchasing anything. This is the bottom of dumpster when it comes to service and furniture. Bad experience all around, and time wasted with phone calls.

Bad service
I recently bought a leather sectional from Mor Furniture about a week after I got it the recliners broke so they brought out another one and the recliners broke on it.
They had me pick out another stlye which we chose a cloth sectional with a chaise a week after we got it the chaise springs broke they sent out a tech and he worked on it a few days after it did the samething.
I bought a unconditional 5 year warranty when I called back again they refused to fix it and offered me my money back I agreed.
The catch they had to pick up the furniture first and I could go to the store and get a refund they picked it up but now they say they have to go through their corporate office so now I have no living room furniture and am at there mercy.

Poor customer service
Purchased two end tables on 15 March 2009. I would be called when they arrived and I would pick them up. After 2 weeks, I called and inquired about them. I was then told that they would not be here until 30 APRIL 2009. That is 7 weeks to wair for two end tables. I asked if I could have the ones on the floor of their store and I was told no and that there is nothing they could do about it. I was extrememly disappointed with the customer service. I could not beleive it would take 7 weeks to get an item ordered.

Bad Customer Service
I was shopping for a new bed and after looking at a few furniture stores I was told by the sales person at Mor they had everything in stock except the bed, however I was assured I would have my bedroom set in 3 weeks or less. I purchased the bedroom set on 2/21/09 from Mor since the other store's told me it would take 5 to 6 weeks. So I sold my old bedroom set and was expecting my new bed to arrive by 3/14/09 at the latest (since that's what I was told) well I finally called at 4pm on the delivery date to find out what was going on and was told the bedroom set I purchased was a popular item and out of stock I would receive it on 4/6/09 instead of the March date. I was so upset I asked to speak with the sales person who assured me I would have my bed in 3 weeks or less (obviously a lie just to make the sale). I called 3 times on 3 different dates and left messages for him to call me till this day I still haven't had a call back. So much for customer satisfaction guarantee, cause I am a very unsatisfied customer. I wouldnt recomend this store to anyone all they want is to make the sale.

Great Company!
I bought from them a year ago and they sell the same brands as other stores - including Ashley furniture. They were great with customer service and the low prices you could not beat. My family has also bought from them in Arizona and Seattle. The problems people feel with the financing is if you do not pay the financing on the due date two times in a row then you will get interest. As long as you pay your bill you will be fine. It is a great company - do not listen to the things others are saying because it is not true.

Horribly Made Furniture
My Husband and I purchased an entire bedroom set from Mor Furniture in Feb 2008. The bed was cheaply made and has since broke and now my mattress is on the floor. The set is still under warranty but I am getting the run around by these idiots. A tech came out and told me it was indeed a manufacture defect and that the bed frame was poorly made. I guess he forgot what he told me because he told is supervisor that it is customer negligence. I am beyond upset and everytime I call I get a different person on the phone the warehouse managers are rude and the sales people are wouldn't you know, no longer employed with Mor when I call back and ask for them. DO NOT BUY FROM MOR!!! I will never purchase from them again and I will tell everyone I know about my horrible experience and have them pass the word on...They should teach there employees customer service skills and they should also back their merchandise.

Poor Customer Service / Defective Merchandise
My purchase from Mor Furniture has been an extremely unsatisfactory experience. When I walked into the store no one greeted me or offered to help, I had to ask for service. When my merchandise was delivered it was defective. The delivery guys delivered it at 6:45 pm after customer service was gone for the day and left before I opened the drawers of the TV stand and discovered they were broken. I ran out to the truck to stop them and let them know about the problem, but they drove away. I left a message for customer service, but did not receive a return call on Monday. I went to the store to return the defective merchandise, but they can’t help at the store. I called Customer Service and was told the manger was too busy to help me that day and to call Tuesday. I left a message but again did not receive a return call. I called “Customer Service” again, and they said a tech couldn't come until next Monday, and he couldn't guarantee he could fix the problem. The tech called me on Monday and said that some one had made an appointment for me but Customer Service did not inform me of it. So the tech came out the following Tuesday and confirmed that the merchandise was defective. I called customer service again and left a message for a manager, but after no return phone call, I went back to the store so they emailed the manager to get him to call me. By Friday, I still had not received a phone call. The tech failed to write any comments about the defective merchandise so they were not going to do anything. I called customer service again and they finally said they could exchange it, but I would have to wait until next week. The customer service I have received is woefully inadequate and the merchandise from Mor is still defective. I need to return this defective merchandise, but the poor customer service I have received has made this problem extremely difficult to resolve. I will never buy anything from Mor Furniture again so I can avoid the hassle and headaches.

Non-delivery
I purchased an entertainment center on 9-30 and they changed delivery dates 3 times. When I tried to cancel the order, I left messages and no one returned my calls. Finally I did get through to an operator but they said they could cancel the order but would not refund my money on my credit card unless I came into the store to do it in person. I complained to my bank and got a temporary refund while they investigate but even the temporary refund will take 7 days to processs so Mor gets to use my money until then and I have a bare spot in my living room where the entertainment center should go.
I am going to Jeromes, where they deliver the furniture in 24 hours and don't lie about it.

Not worth it
We bought a dining table set from Mor Furniture for $1200 in February 2008. We didn't receive our furniture (including a sectional we got) until April. By May the chairs started to wobble and the screws came lose on most of them. By June one of the legs busted on one chair and by September another leg busted. You'd think that for all the money we paid that it last a LOT LONGER than a few months. Fortunately, the sectional we got is still in excellent condition. As far as the dining chairs, I am extremely disappointed at the quality especially for the amount that we paid for them. You can bet that I won't be back there.
