I received a More Magazine and a bill for a 1 year subscription for $20. I did not order this magazine and tried to contact them to tell them stop sending me the magazines, but there is contact information (no phone, no email ...)

no magazines!
MORE magazine cashed my check the amount for 20 issues - verified by my bank. I received ONE issue in October and no further issues. I went on their website and tried to lodge a complaint but the website would not allow it. It kept bringing me to the same page over and over again. There is no phone number anywhere on the website or their bill. There is simply no way to correspond with them except through mail. Sent a letter in the beginning of January explaining this problem - still no magazine and no correspondence back. HELP!

Magazine Subscription I didn't request
I received a More Magazine and a bill for a 1 year subscription. I did not order this magazine. I never heard of it until I received it today. What is funny is that I recently purchased clothing from an Alloy catalog and they tried to sell me some magazine subscriptions and offered some free ones. I told them I was not interested. I don't know if Alloy was the source of this subscription or not.

Article Bias and no contact info
I recently subscribed to More Magazine. They featured Michele Obama on the front cover and then in the article proceeded to defame her image by pointing out some unflattering aspects of her life. I tried to email the company but couldn't find an email address or phone number! The woman who wrote the article clearly had a republican bias. This was an extreme turnoff.
They think they can judge their readers by their surnames but little do they know who their readers are. My husband is a Swed and I am an hispanic woman. Apparently they think their readers are all republicans. I cancelled that subscription after just a couple of issues.
Lastly, I received a renewal notice so I was able to send their envelope back to them with defaming comments about them.
I encourage anyone who has a mailing addressing to send the envelope in with your comments on the outside. The mail is handled by so many people until it reaches it destination. Others will see it and think twice. Plus they will tell others as it passes through their hands. Trust me on this one.
Lastly, More thinks it can dupe their women readers into thinking those they feature on the front cover look that way as a result of good eating and facial creams. Sorry, it's mostly due to plastic surgery! Save your money by not subscribing to this magazine and use the money for botox if you're so inclined.
Apparently, More is actually LESS! Don't bother with them.

an article and you can't email the company
I recently subscribed to a woman's magazine for women over 40.
They had a picture of Michele Obama on the front cover but inside they proceeded to defame her character by pointing out several unflattering aspects of her life. The article was clearly written by a republican and...they assume if you have an English speaking surname you must be white. I am married to a swed but I am hispanic so they assume they knowvwho there reader is!
Additionally, they clearly don't want any feedback as you cannot find a place to send them an email or contact the company. I cancelled my subscription!
Lastly, they think that the celebs over 40 that they feature on the cover can fool the average woman into thinking she can look good by simply taking care of herself and it has nothing to do with the plastic surgery the celebs get. There most recent issue features Jane Fonda and Thea Leoni and I know darn well Jane Fonda doesn't look that good just from creams and make-up.
Go fool someone else!

did not subscribe
I received a copy of More Magazine. I did not order it. I tried to find a customer service number, but it was not included in the magazine or the web site. The company sent a few more and then a bill demanding payment. I sent them a letter stating I did not order their magazine or want it. They continued to send bills.
After almost a year, they started sending magazines AGAIN! Now the magazine I never ordered became a years FREE subscription that I could not cancel, because it is a FREE subscription.
Any one else had a problem with this company?
